Veritas Farms

At Veritas Farms we raise our Heritage breed animals on open pasture, where they’re free to be warmed by the sun and cooled by the gentle breezes of the Hudson Valley. We take a sustainable, old fashioned approach to farming. We believe it is our responsibility to work in harmony with the environment. We are passionate about grass farming, and believe it is evident in the flavorful and healthy meats and eggs we raise.
