Short Shadows Farm

Short Shadows Farm, located just north of Sioux City, Iowa, is now offering grass-raised beef by the pound. Our inputs include: fresh pasture, clean water, sunshine, and stored hay during the winter months. The herd is comprised of full-blooded, registered, Belted Galloways.
