Our certified organic farm “Easter Orchard” is uniquely situated at the headwaters of the Merriland River here in Wells. The land is rich with nutrients and rarely needs watering. Our farm is the foundation of the restaurant’s dishes, providing endless inspiration and the highest quality vegetables we can grow. You won’t find them anywhere else than on your plate at Joshua’s.
