Crabtree Farms of Chattanooga

Crabtree Farms is a 22-acre non-profit, educational urban farm located in Chattanooga Tennessee. Utilizing regenerative practices including cover cropping, crop rotation, conservative tillage and a robust composting program, we produce nutrient-rich produce for our community as well as hundreds of varieties of plant starts for home and community-based gardens. Education is woven into the very fabric of what is Crabtree Farms, from school-age children coming to the farm for a hands-in-the dirt exploration of the food cycle to formal workshops on pruning, canning and permaculture basics, to side-by side volunteer and workshare opportunities alongside staff on the urban farm or in the greenhouse. Join us at our seasonal farm store, one of the many seasonal farm events or for u-pick berries.
