Birchwood Farms is a PCO Certified Organic farm that produces licensed raw milk from grass-fed Jersey cows, cream, butter, yogurt, cheese (Plain Cheddar, Garlic Cheddar, Tomato Basil Cheddar and Baby Swiss), tender grass only fed beef from Angus cattle, milk-fed pork and veal.
