OCA Political Director Alexis Baden-Mayer’s video interview last week with Dr. Richard Fleming, acclaimed author of the book, Is COVID-19 a Bioweapon? A Scientific and Forensic investigation, was an eye-opener in more ways than one. Besides laying out the comprehensive scientific evidence that SARS-CoV-2 was in fact an illegal genetically engineered bioweapon, a joint project of Chinese and U.S. scientists and funders, masquerading as legitimate biomedical “gain-of-function” research, Dr. Fleming, a lawyer as well as a scientist and MD, pointed out how Americans can utilize heretofore little-known legal statutes in a number of US states to potentially bring the major perpetrators of COVID-19 to justice. According to Ballotpedia six states where citizens can impanel the convening of Grand Juries are Nebraska, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, North Dakota, and Nevada.

State law in these six Western states allows U.S. citizens to petition and, if 25% of registered voters sign-on, indeed compel county district attorneys to convene a grand jury when serious crimes such as the deliberate creation of the SARS-CoV-2 bioweapon (violating International Treaties and US law) have been committed.

Dr. Fleming’s list of key COVID-19 perpetrators who could/should be indicted by county/state Grand Juries include the following:

10. Anthony Stephen Fauci, Director National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Second Chief Medical Advisor to the President of the United States.

13. Shi Zhengli, Wuhan Institute of Virology.

14. William Henry Gates III, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

The crimes under which these people could/should be charged include: murder, attempted murder, manslaughter, reckless homicide, reckless endangerment, assault, battery, false imprisonment, and perjury.

As Dr. Fleming explains: “SARS-CoV-2 meets the definition of a BioWeapon and the development of this BioWeapon is a violation of U.S. Criminal Law responsible for the deaths of these Americans; as well as violations of the Biological Weapons Convention Treaty, The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the American Medical Association Code of Medical Ethics, the Declaration of Helsinki and the 1947 Nuremberg Code.”

Dr. Fleming and a national committee have developed a plan of action: The 10 Letters of Indictments Campaign. A nationwide online campaign has been set up simplifying the process for American citizens to send letters of indictments to their state officials (Attorney Generals and Governors) across the United States of America. Thousands of letters are being sent urging officials to honor their oaths to serve and protect the people by convening grand juries to investigate the evidence and hold those responsible for their crimes against Americans and humanity.

“Last May a remarkable column by Stephen Kinzer appeared in the Boston Globe. It was headlined: ‘Republicans Return to Their Roots as The Antiwar Party.’

More significantly, the subheading ran: ‘Since the Vietnam era, Americans have come to expect antiwar rhetoric from liberal Democrats. Cancel that.’ It began:

‘With Americans now engulfed in passion for Ukraine, it wasn’t surprising that President Biden proposed sending $33 billion worth of weaponry and other aid to Ukraine’s beleaguered military. Nor was it surprising that Congress raised the number to $40 billion, or that both the Senate and House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly in favor. Hidden within that lopsided vote, though, was a shocker: Every single ‘no’ vote – 11 in the Senate and 57 in the House – came from a Republican.

‘Since the Vietnam era, Americans have come to expect antiwar rhetoric from liberal Democrats. Cancel that. This month’s votes in Washington signal a dramatic role reversal. Suddenly it is conservative Republicans who oppose US involvement in foreign wars.’

Strikingly not only did the ‘conservative’ Democrats vote for the $40 billion that included more weapons of death and destruction for Joe Biden’s cruel proxy war against Russia to the last Ukrainian. All the ‘progressives’ did so, including AOC and The Squad, Bernie Sanders, Ro Khanna, Barbara Lee and all the rest. It was a clean sweep.

Second, this was not a one-off event. There is another vote coming up in the next few weeks for another $13.7 billion for Ukraine with over $7 billion for weapons. What is the response of the 100 Democrats to this request by Biden? The answer came during the September 11 Week Of Action called for by Code Pink and the progressive Peace In Ukraine Coalition reported here as follows:

“In the nation’s capital CODEPINK co-founders Medea Benjamin and Jodie Evans, together with Colonel Ann Wright and other activists, kicked off the Week of Action, going door to door to the offices of the House Congressional Progressive Caucus (CPC), …. While some members of the caucus call for much-needed diplomacy and raise concerns about the risk of nuclear war – either through a miscalculation or an intentional first strike – not one member of the nearly 100-member CPC will commit to voting against more weapons for Ukraine.”

“A large number of European scientists active in agricultural biotechnology research who are actively lobbying for deregulating new gene editing techniques have direct or indirect vested interests in the marketing of plants derived from those techniques, through patents, patent applications, or links with the seed industry. This is revealed today by a new report commissioned by the Greens/EFA in the European Parliament: “Behind the smokescreen: Vested interests of EU scientists lobbying for GMO deregulation.”

Regeneration International Director Dr. Andre Leu writes:

“Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) puts out toxic compounds that cause inflammation and tissue damage in the organs of specific insect pests such as caterpillars.

The genes from Monsanto’s patented Bt have been inserted into several genetically modified crops so that the plants produce pesticides themselves. The GM industry argues that this is no different from what organic farmers do when they spray Bt bacteria; however, this is a massive distortion of the facts. Organic farmers spray live bacteria onto the crop, not the Bt toxins. During the night and early morning, pests eat the bacteria, infecting them so that the bacteria release their toxins and eventually kill the pests. It is destroyed by ultraviolet light, so usually, none will survive more than a day or two, and consumers will not be affected by the toxins produced by Bt.

On the other hand, every cell of a Bt GMO plant and its produce contains the Bt toxin, so livestock and people are consuming these pesticide compounds. Despite assurances that they have been tested for safety, most Bt GMOs receive no or minimal testing. The assumption is that because the Bt toxin is considered safe for non-target species, the Bt in the GMO produce is also safe.

However, there are several published, peer-reviewed scientific studies showing that the process of inserting the Bt gene from the bacteria into the plant changes the way Bt works. These studies show that it causes organ damage and inflammatory diseases in the animals that consume the plant. A Canadian study published in the scientific journal Reproductive Toxicology found the pesticide toxin from GMO crops in the blood samples of women and their unborn babies. The GMO toxin was found in 93 percent of maternal blood samples and 80 percent of fetal blood samples. These women were eating the typical Canadian diet. The products of these pesticide-producing plants have been permitted in the diets of people, especially children, without any peer-reviewed, evidence-based testing to show that they are safe. An extensive body of published scientific studies shows that these toxins are linked to numerous adverse health events in animals.”

We’ve apparently stopped the COVID lockdowns and medical mandates temporarily, but we are still in the “eye of the storm.” Michael Nevradakis writes:

“The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) this month said it will invest $200 million in digital ID projects, encompassing “digital public infrastructure, including civil registry databases and digital ID” to help meet the 2030 target date for reaching the United Nation’s (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The $200 million in new funding — part of an overall $1.27 billion commitment by the BMGF in support of “global health and development projects,” is closely tied to Goal 16.9 of the SDGs, for which “digital identity programs are supposedly needed,” Reclaim the Net reported.

The funding adds to several existing BMGF-supported global digital ID initiatives, even as such initiatives come under fire for violating people’s right to privacy.

Michael Rectenwald, author of “Google Archipelago: The Digital Gulag and the Simulation of Freedom,” said that far from promoting an improved digital infrastructure or “global health and development,” digital identity will have more onerous applications…”
