  Free Interview - I believe the right doula is out there for everyone and it is important to choose someone you can connect with. The interview process is a great way to meet doulas face to face and find the best match for your family. Three prenatal visits - I offer three prenatal meetings instead of the typical two, because I believe that one of the most important factors in your birth experience is being supported by people you know and trust. Typically, at the first meeting we go over your wishes and develop a birth plan, at the second meeting we discuss and practice coping strategies for labor, and at the third meeting we talk about newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum period.
