  Pregnancy and birth is a sacred time in a woman's life. Women, and families, deserve to enjoy this time and be supported in their quest to create a positive birthing experience. I am a HypnoBirthing mother of two. My own birthing experiences were so empowering and spiritual, I realized I had to make birthwork my life. I am trained through the HypnoBirthing® Institute. I offer HypnoBirthing: The Mongan Method, classes to parents-to-be in the Hudson Valley. Private and group classes are available. The childbirth education program is a wonderful 5 week series of 2 1/2 classes. I am also a trained Doula. I offer a free consultation, prenatal visits, continuous physical, emotional and informational support during labor and up to 2 hours after birth, and a postpartum visit.
