  At Juicy Kitchen my mission is to nurture people with healthy, creative, flavorful food prepared with love, through home delivery and catering. Soups, stews, chilis, salads, meals & treats are all prepared with whole grains, healthy fats, natural sugars and local, organic ingredients when available. I cook with lots of fresh vegetables, leaning toward what’s in season, and I offer vegan and vegetarian options. I love beans and whole grains, leafy greens and fresh fruit, and offer lean proteins like chicken breasts, turkey sausage & lean beef. I buy all of my chicken breasts and most other meats at Sparrow’s Market because they come from locally sourced farms and are hormone free. Smart cookies are delicious cookies made with oats and other whole grains, coconut oil, ripe bananas, nuts, agave nectar and other natural ingredients. I use no white flour or sugar in anything.
