  About our Coffee: When the coffee is ready to be picked, it is a bright red and is called coffee cherry. We pick the cherry by hand, being careful that only the ripest, finest beans find their way into our picking baskets. This quality control is a big reason coffee from smaller estate farms such as Honu Kula is so superior.
