  I have been DONA trained and certified since October 2007. I provide unlimited phone and E-mail support during pregnancy and at least one prenatal visit. During labor and delivery, I also provide unlimited emotional and physical support, but do not perform medical tasks. After the birth, I am available for breastfeeding questions and support, as well as help adjusting, etc. You may always call or E-mail me with questions or concerns. If I don't know the answers, I know people who do and I have a wealth of resources available.
