  Grass fed beef, Pastured Pork, Pastured Goat, Pastured Chicken, Eggs, Heritage Turkey. Our cattle are very close, if not the same, in size as our native Roosevelt Elk. They subsist and thrive on our native species (and some non-native like scotch broom and blackberries) year round, with no off-farm inputs. Many prefer goat meat over any other and believe that, due to the types of deep tap rooted plants they subsist on, their meat is superior from a nutritional standpoint, as such plants are sure to bring up far more trace minerals lying far beneath the grasp of normal grass roots. Our Turkey flock is a closed flock of hens that are the product of various heritage crosses bred back bywild Toms. We are striving to find a happy medium between wild and domesticated.
