  We offer organically (not certified) raised meats: Berkshire pork, chicken, lamb, and fresh brown eggs; we are hoping to add veal, as well. All animals have pasture access and are fed corn-based grain mixture for flavor and growth. No growth hormones, no antibiotics, no insect or weed sprays used on pasture areas. However, we do not have GMO-free certification on the grain from the local sources. Processing is done at inspected facilities (USDA and State). Chicken is distributed fresh and must be picked up on the farm. Pork and Lamb may be purchased as halves or wholes, cut, packed and frozen to your specifications.
