  Clark’s Market has been serving Aspen since 1978, offering locals a spacious store filled with quality produce, fresh-baked breads and the latest in organic and natural food and wellness items. Our delis, salad bars and natural food departments use corn-based, biodegradable “plastic,” or wheat-based, biodegradable paper products. That’s everything from salad and soup containers to cutlery and hot food containers. Our napkins are made from a percentage of recycled post-consumer waste and are biodegradable, as is the wax paper in our delis. In our produce sections you’ll notice that the bags you use to collect everything from apples to zucchinis are also a corn-based, biodegradable product. Clark’s Market recycles its own waste zealously, shipping all cardboard boxes back to the warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah, where they are recycled.
