  We are a small 45 acre family farm N. of Staunton, Virginia. We raise chickens, ducks, eggs, heritage turkeys, geese, cattle, sheep, pigs and some produce, naturally, in an ecologically friendly manner. We do not use growth hormones or antibiotics and practice grass-fed production. The pigs and poultry get a non-organic, gm free grain with probiotics and nutri-balencers blended in to corn, soy and other grains. Poultry is processed on the farm in small batches, other meat is processed in USDA certified facilities and no nitrates or msg is added to anything. We are non certified organic, but essentially practicing organic care. We do not ship but believe firmly in local foods. Purchasing can be done at the farm or at seasonal farmer's markets in Harrisonburg and Lexington.
