  I have helped family and friends with their new babies for the last 30 years. Being a Postpartum Doula will allow me to help your family adjust to their new roles. I can offer non-medical support to you and your family after the birth of your baby by providing physical, emotional and educational assistance and inspiration. I will assist you with breast feeding, infant care and postpartum mother care. The whole family is experiencing a change and I can help with this wonderful transition as well. I offer healthy meal preparation, errands, light house organization, pet care, tend to siblings and infant and mother care. I am here to make your life a little bit easier during this new adjustment period.
