  I specialize in newborn care and in assisting the family during the first weeks at home. With family and friends unavailable or out of town, I can help fill the void by becoming a part of your family for a short period of time. I do not perform medical care such as diagnosis or treatment. I do not "Take Over" baby care for the parents. I do not pressure parents to adhere to a particular style of baby care. I do not do heavy cleaning. I do routine newborn care, feeding assistance, household tasks, cook meals,errands, help with other children, help with multiples and emotional support for the whole family. A postpartum doula helps with postpartum depression as well. We are a source of referrals. I am a daughter, wife, mother and grandmother and I would like to be your postpartum doula.
