  Our coffee is 100% organic, bought directly from small-farmer cooperatives under the terms of Fair Trade. On the website, we proudly include profiles of the farmers and the coops we buy from. We serve a full menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The overall company is Bongo World which has other coffee shops and cafes in Nashville - Fido, Cafe East, and Grins Vegetarian Cafe. Our flagship store, Bongo Java, has recycled paper, cardboard, cans, bottles and plastic since Day 1. Soon we will have a more comprehensive recycle program at all our operations. Bongo World was started and continues to be managed by Bob Bernstein and a group of mostly local investors.
