  CD, DONA and CPD, DONA. I am also certified through ICTC (International Center for Traditional Childbearing) as a birth companion (both birth and postpartum) and as a midwife. I provide pregnancy, birth and postpartum services, focusing on the needs of the pregnant mom, family and baby. I provide one one one and group childbirth classes through ICTC here in Portland, Oregon. I provide a sample copy of a birth plan which I can help families design their own special own for their birth. I enjoy helping families in labor, at the birth and during the postpartum time. I specialize in helping families with any breastfeeding issues or concerns. I am passionate and love my work that I do to help support and empower moms, families and babies in this very vulnerable and blessed period in their lives.
