  Ancient Pathways LLC offers immersion courses in Desert Survival Primitive Living Skills, and Southwestern Native American Studies. Our programs range from 1 day to 5 weeks and delve into the time-tested wilderness skills used by Native cultures of the Southwest for thousands of years. Courses require no prior experience in the outdoors. Ages range from 18-72 and a 60/40 balance between men and women. Youth, 12 and up, may attend with an adult. Our main fieldcourses Include: Bushcraft, Knife-Only Survival, 5-week Primitive Living Skills, Medicinal Plants, Animal Tracking, Foraging and Edible Plant Uses, Desert Survival & Ecology Ancient Pathways is an insured outfitter permitted with the National Forest and BLM in Arizona and Utah.
