And, as usual, the early press reports from a few weeks ago left out some of the more interesting new treats: chocolate-covered watermelon on-a-stick; Funnel Cake Fries (funnel cake formed like french fries and served with chocolate dipping sauce); a new Harry Singh's Carribbean booth in the Food Building; and beignets at the Ragin' Cajun. Seventy-five listings for the "on-a-stick" category, and 85 listings when you search the keyword "cheese"! So, what'll you have?

I Don't Understand People In Minnesota

I was really not surprised when after joining this forum that there were no postings in the Minnesota forum. I live in the St Paul area and have been selling natural pest control and cleaning products over the Internet at www.RepellNet.com for the past five years. I can count on my fingers the number of sales I have had from people in MN. I go to the Healthy Life Expo and there are tons of people there yet I see no sales from MN. Are MN people all talk and no action?

I take the environmental issues seriously. I have all kinds of allergies and asthma from being exposed to various toxic substances over the years. I have three beautiful grandchildren and this is not the quality of life I want for them.

According the the EPA the air quality within our homes is more toxic than the outdoor air in some of the most industrialized cities in our country, such as LA, New York, Detroit. Do you know why? Because we use so many toxic chemical to "clean" our homes and poisons to get of rodents and insects. This where our children are playing. Not having a water filter is another cause.

The number of kids with asthma has gone up significantly over the past several years. These children are our responsibility, let's all do our part. PLEASE, do it for a healthy home.
